Syria: Child casualties from mortar attack *GRAPHIC*

At least 15 people were killed and dozens injured in a mortar shell attack in Damascus by the NATO and Saudi backed armed "rebels" (aka Terrorists). Among injured were many were children who were took to the hospital.
